AArete Acquires Technology Consulting Firm Legerity, Expanding Offerings for Healthcare, Financial Services and Public Sector Clients

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AArete, a leading global management and technology consulting firm, today announced that it has acquired Legerity, a technology consulting firm based in Norfolk, Virginia.

This strategic acquisition will expand AArete’s technology solutions and capabilities for its clients in healthcare, financial services and the public sector. The Legerity team brings extensive business and technical knowledge, including systems strategy and implementation expertise for Pega (workflow automation), and QNXT™ and Facets® (healthcare payer claims administration). Legerity is a Pega-authorized partner and brings a Pega-certified team to AArete.
