Prodoscore Appoints Adrian Reece as Vice President Data Science

Reece will be spearheading Prodoscore’s Data Science team and leading the company’s newest data initiative, ProdoscoreLab

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prodoscore, the leader in employee visibility and productivity intelligence software, has appointed Adrian Reece to head up the company’s data analytics team. Reece joined Prodoscore in 2020 as a Data Science consultant, delivering data-driven insights around workforce optimization and productivity as part of the Prodoscore Research Council. In his new role as VP of Data Science, Reece will be expanding and leading Prodoscore’s data science and analytics team and spearheading the ProdoscoreLab, an initiative to make critical business data more accessible to customers and surface high level observations around how we work.

As a seasoned Data Scientist and People Analytics Specialist, Reece has a profound ability to transform raw data into actionable insights. His background spans diverse industries, including fitness and time serving in the US Navy, as well as multiple entrepreneurial endeavors. His experience as an independent research and data consultant reflects his passion for utilizing a combination of machine learning, natural language processing, I/O psychology, and behavioral science techniques to drive effective decision-making within organizations.

“Adrian brings an entirely new level of expertise to our team,” said Prodoscore CEO, Sam Naficy. “The value of the Prodoscore solution is in the data and Adrian’s ability to identify patterns and analyze employee contributions will only make our offering stronger. I’m eager for him to build on Prodoscore’s data-driven approach to organizational efficiency and advancement.”

Reece added, “I have worked with Prodoscore’s data over the last couple of years. The richness of the data set is quite impressive and enables us to truly understand employee behavior and identify patterns that drive success. I am excited to dig in deeper with the team and continue learning about how people work.”

Reece’s success in creating data-driven competency models is a testament to his ability to inform workforce performance analytics and behavioral benchmarking. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, with an expected graduation date of Fall 2024.
