Alivi Health Expands into Several States

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alivi Health today announced the expansion of their Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) solution into several states. Alivi is actively providing services in 13 states, and has now expanded into New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Alabama, as of January 1, 2023.

Inc Magazine awarded Alivi as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States, for four consecutive years. When asked how Alivi has grown rapidly, Caleb Rojas, President at Alivi, said, “We focus on the needs of the members, and have programs designed to increase the member experience. For example, we developed a White Gloves VIP Program to address the needs of Special Populations, with a more hands-on approach.”

This expansion further accelerates Alivi’s goal to help people live a happier and healthier life throughout the United States. “We’re proud our Non-Emergency Transportation solution is improving the lives of the millions of members we serve. They are the reason our performance metrics lead the industry,” said Magdiel Rodriguez, Chief Executive Officer at Alivi.

Alivi’s Non-Emergency Transportation solution is far outperforming all national and state requirements, greatly improving the member experience, which lowers complaints, grievances, and liquidated damages for the health plans they serve. It’s common for health plan complaints to lower over 20% when switching to Alivi as their Non-Emergency Transportation broker.
