USIC Is Hosting a Veterans Day Ceremony at Its Indianapolis Headquarters in Honor of the Nearly 10% of Its Workforce Who Are Veterans

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--USIC is a proud employer of military veterans, who make up nearly 10% of its workforce of more than 12,000 underground utility damage prevention professionals dedicated to protecting infrastructure and communities across the nation. The company is hosting a Veterans Day ceremony on Friday, November 11 at 10:30 a.m. ET at its corporate headquarters, located at 9045 River Road, Indianapolis, IN 46240. The event will include a keynote address by the American Legion, presentation of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award to USIC Supervisor Jasup Smith, USIC’s presentation of a contribution to the American Legion, and an announcement that USIC will begin paying the first annual dues for membership in the American Legion for all veterans employed by the company.
