Revation Expands C-Suite Management Team

Leading Cloud Communications Application Provider Appoints Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Product Officer to Support Growth

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Revation, a leader in digital customer service, contact center, and collaboration solutions, today announced it has expanded its C-Suite team. Eric LeBow has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and Jason Hills as Chief Revenue Officer. Additionally, the company has promoted Patrick Reetz to Chief Product Officer. Revation’s strengthened leadership team will continue to support the company’s accelerated growth plans.

“Proven leaders like Eric and Jason are the perfect fit to deliver on the company’s mission and we couldn’t be more pleased to welcome them to our team,” said Perry Price, CEO, and co-founder of Revation Systems. “Eric is an experienced and energetic leader with a strong background in the contact center industry and Jason’s strengths include developing successful customer-focused sales and support teams. It’s also a great pleasure to promote Patrick Reetz to the Chief Product Officer role.”

As Chief Operating Officer, Eric LeBow will work with Revation CEO, Perry Price, to set and drive the company’s organizational vision and operations strategy. LeBow joins Revation from Cisco where he held the role of Chief of Security, Global Security. Previously, he led Dedicated Networks, Inc. as the CEO. He has a successful track record of driving vision and strategy throughout major business transformations, including leading Spanlink's successful exit with ConvergeOne, as well as successfully transitioning Dedicated Networks from an owner/found model to a professionally managed and systems/metrics-based accountability model.

Patrick Reetz, Chief Product Officer, will execute the product vision and collaborate with Revation’s leadership to accelerate growth. Patrick’s passion for innovation and excellence has resulted in hundreds of new customers over the last 24 months, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Product and Markets.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Jason Hills will lead Revation’s global sales, account management, sales engineering, and customer success teams. Hills most recently held CRO position for Facteus, a data insights company. He brings over 15 years of experience building and managing high-performance sales, account management, business development, and marketing teams. Jason has a diverse background of developing successful business go-to-market strategies in high-growth start-up, mid-sized, and publicly traded companies and has a history of building winning cultures amongst high-growth technology organizations.

Perry added, “Since joining the team, Jason has expanded sales capacity by 300%. We have also recently expanded our customer support, operations, development, and HR teams, with many of the new employees working out of the Minneapolis and San Francisco offices. With the additions of Eric, Jason, and Patrick to our C-Suite team, along with our recent majority investment from Invictus Growth Partners, we are poised for growth and further driving customer value. Although Revation has been around for nearly two decades, it is almost as if we are just now getting started.”
