Hancock Whitney and FHLB Dallas to Present Checks to Two Port Arthur Homeowners for Hurricane Recovery

PORT ARTHUR, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hancock Whitney Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) will present checks to two recipients of Disaster Rebuilding Assistance (DRA) to repair their homes from hurricane damage. DRA subsidies provide funds up to $10,000 for the repair and rehabilitation of owner-occupied housing affected by a disaster event in federally declared disaster areas within FHLB Dallas' five-state District.
