Cone and Jacoby bring six decades of combined experience in healthcare practice and business leadership to the company’s Board.

Dr. Mark Cone brings 30 years of healthcare leadership and women’s health expertise and advocacy to Biote Medical’s Board. He is the Market President of Privia Health’s South Texas market (Nasdaq: PRVA), a national physician practice management company. He is the President of Privia Medical Group Gulf Coast, a 300-provider multi-specialty group. Cone is Vice President of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Women’s Health Alliance and Chairman of the Board of Global Women’s Health Providers, a Cedar Gate Technologies company. Prior to this Cone was the CEO of Complete MD Solutions, a physician management company, where he developed and implemented a corporate structure that maximizes practices’ autonomy and profitability. He holds a Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in biology and medicine from Texas A&M University. He currently practices Gynecology in Houston, Tx.
Dana Jacoby joins Biote Medical’s Board with more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of medical specialties, including urology, urogynecology, gastroenterology, dermatology, orthopedics, and oncology. She is Chief Executive Officer of Vector Medical Group, LLC and has consulted healthcare clients through nearly $1 billion in mergers, transactions and acquisitions. Jacoby has also held leadership roles at Specialty Networks Consulting, BSM Consulting, GE Healthcare, Allergan, and Johnson and Johnson. She holds a Master of Health Systems from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton Fellows Program, a Master of Management from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Science in political science and public relations from Louisiana State University.
