Relation Insurance Services, Inc. Acquires the Assets of Walker & Associates Services, Inc.

Transaction further solidifies Relation’s presence in North Carolina marketplace

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of North Carolina-based Walker & Associates Services, Inc. (“Walker”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Walker provides personal lines and commercial lines insurance solutions to clients throughout North Carolina and is headquartered in Winterville, North Carolina, with multiple locations throughout the state. David Walker will continue his leadership role at Walker.
