SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vive Benefits, a payment platform that provides financial security to health plan enrollees, has welcomed Joel Kempner as their new Vice President of Health Plans, Business Development and Sales.

Under his new role, Joel will be responsible for engaging and developing new business with Vive's health plan partners, sales growth, creating and implementing a health plan market strategy and long-range planning. With over 25 years’ experience working within the health plan community, as well as consumer driven administration, Joel has extensive experience developing solutions and partnerships in the benefits space with particular knowledge of the consumer-driven health plan arena.
