Alwington Communities Becomes the Second Largest Condominium Management Firm in Kingston, ON

KINGSTON, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alwington Communities has become Kingston, Ontario’s second largest condominium management firm. The company’s recent acquisition of J. Shaver and Associates, and Limestone Property Management’s condominium management division, adds approximately 1,500 additional units to Alwington’s growing portfolio.

In addition to acquiring J. Shaver and Associates along with all of their business which includes 16 condominium corporations totalling approximately 1,000 units, its principal, John Shaver, has joined Alwington’s team as a Senior Condominium Manager, bringing over 30 years of industry experience.

Alwington has also acquired the condominium management business from Kingston-based firm Limestone Property Management. Limestone will continue its operations focused on the rental market.
