LTC Global Acquires NJLTC and Enters Disability Income Insurance Segment

FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LTC Global, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Hazlet, New Jersey-based NJ LTC and DI Brokers Corporation (NJLTC). NJLTC specializes in Long Term Care and Disability Income insurance solutions for its clients and distribution partners. Dennis O’Connor III, a 30-year industry veteran, will continue to manage the business.
