World Insurance Associates Acquires Hampton Insurance Agency, LLC

TINTON FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Agency, announced today that it acquired Hampton Insurance Agency, LLC (“Hampton Insurance”) of Hampton, VA on October 1, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Hampton Insurance is a Property & Casualty (“P&C”) insurance agency serving personal and commercial clients throughout Tidewater Virginia. The firm specializes in the transportation industry.
