American Discovery Capital Announces Successful Acquisition of Pampelonne by Precept Wine

LOS ANGELES & SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Discovery Capital (ADC) announced today that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Pampelonne, a sparkling wine cocktail company based in New York, on a strategic partnership with Seattle-based Precept, the largest wine company in the Northwest.
