NTC to Donate $25k Sponsorship for Live Auction to Carrington Charitable Foundation’s Veteran Support Programs

PALM HARBOR, Fla.--()--Nationwide Title Clearing, the leading post-closing services provider for the nation’s largest financial institutions, investors and servicers, has donated $25k sponsorship for Live Auction to Carrington Charitable Foundation’s 9th annual Golf Classic auction. The proceeds of the auction will go towards helping wounded Veterans who have served our country.

NTC has attended the annual Carrington Charitable Foundation’s Golf Classic in previous years as guests and donated a custom Triumph motorcycle valued at $25,000 to Carrington Charitable Foundation’s annual Golf Classic auction last year. This year, NTC wanted to donate a $25k sponsorship toward a package for four to the 2020 Ryder Cup.

“I have always been taught and have learned that giving back to charities and helping elevate people in need are two very important parts of life,” said CEO, John Hillman. “We are honored to support the Carrington Charitable Foundation's work in helping Veterans and their families. Their mission in the Signature Veteran programs to assist with providing mobility, stability, purpose, and prosperity to the veteran community are in line with our passion and efforts at NTC.”

CCF has raised over $17 million to date at its Annual Golf Classic as well as being named the Top Golf by the OCBJ Charity Event Guide. The financial contributions raised go directly to the foundations Veteran-focused Signature Programs: Mobility, Stability, Purpose & Prosperity.

  • Mobility– CCF’s ongoing support of the Veteran’s Airlift Command (VAC) helps to provide free private air transportation for wounded Veterans and their families, easing the burden of travel for medical, work and compassion reasons.
  • Stability– Through CCF’s Carrington House, we provide custom, adaptive housing for post-9/11 combat wounded Veterans enabling them to regain independence in their own homes. This is accomplished by repairing, renovating or constructing a home tailored to the specific needs of each Veteran and their family.
  • Purpose– By supporting other like-minded non-profits, CCF provides resources to improve the mental health of Veterans transitioning from military service life to a civilian lifestyle.
  • Prosperity– Addressing the employment rate of Veterans, CCF assists Veterans who are transitioning out of military service life into a civilian life, by supporting programs that teach interviewing skills, resume assistance and aid Veterans in applying skills they learned during their service life to the civilian workforce.

The sponsorship NTC is donating is a package for four to the 2020 Ryder Cup including a three-night stay at Hyatt Regency Milwaukee and the 1927 Club Pass to the Ryder Cup for each day. The sponsorship for this package is valued at $25,000.
