SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MIRA, the newest community of luxury condominium residences developed by Tishman Speyer, has been unveiled. Prospective buyers are now able to register their interest on the project’s new website. Located one block from the Embarcadero at 280 Spear Street at the corner of Spear and Folsom, MIRA is designed by award-winning architecture practice Studio Gang and will feature a distinctive, dynamic tower with large bay windows spiraling up the façade to offer sweeping views of San Francisco Bay, the Bay Bridge, and the city skyline.
