OP Bancorp Launches Initial Public Offering of Common Stock

LOS ANGELES--()--OP Bancorp (OTCQB: OPBK), parent of Open Bank, today announced the launch of its initial public offering of common stock. OP Bancorp is offering 2,000,000 shares. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $9.50 and $11.50 per share. The common stock is expected to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “OPBK”.

The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of common stock from OP Bancorp to cover overallotments. OP Bancorp intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to support OP Bancorp’s organic growth and other general corporate purposes, which could include opportunistic strategic acquisitions. OP Bancorp has no immediate plans, arrangements or understandings relating to any material acquisition.
