Press Ganey Acquires HealthStream’s Patient Experience and Engagement Businesses

Innovative Partnership Features Press Ganey’s Patient-Centered Insights on HealthStream’s Workforce Development Platforms

BOSTON--()--Press Ganey today announced that it has entered into two agreements with HealthStream, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSTM) that will further advance the delivery of patient-centered care. In the first agreement, Press Ganey has acquired HealthStream’s patient experience and engagement businesses and will provide its industry-leading solutions to these health care organizations. Through a second agreement, Press Ganey will offer learning and development content on HealthStream’s workforce development platform as an integrated component of Press Ganey’s transformational platform of safety, quality, patient experience and workforce solutions.

Press Ganey will assume responsibility for all Patient Experience services for HealthStream’s client organizations. The companies will work together to provide access to HealthStream’s leading workforce platform and to publish insights from Press Ganey’s deep data, advanced analytics and best practice knowledge.
