Regal Entertainment Group Declares Quarterly Dividend

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--()--The Board of Directors of Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC) (“Regal”) today declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per Class A and Class B common share, payable on February 21, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 9, 2018.
