PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today it has officially opened its new 94,425 square foot building expansion located in Yarmouth, Maine, after nearly two years of renovation.
The four-story addition features
- A meeting room with theater seating for more than 175 people
- More than 30 collaboration areas
- Meeting rooms with advanced AV functionality
- Large client training and development lab
- 3,600-square-foot fitness center
- Half-court basketball court
- Expanded café
- Landscaped courtyard
- Multiple decks on all floors for outside access
- A trail head leading to the West Side Trail
The Yarmouth campus can now accommodate up to 750 employees. The space was planned to support Tyler’s hiring projections in Maine; the company expects to add 55 new jobs in 2018.
