AUCKLAND, New Zealand--(BUSINESS WIRE)--New Zealand data analytics software company 11Ants Analytics award-winning solution 11Ants Retail Insights Cloud is now available to the Spanish speaking world.
Chief executive Tom Fuyala says a large Latin American department store chain client led them to recognize the enormous potential for 11Ants Retail Insights Cloud in that market.
11Ants Retail Insights Cloud uses Microsoft Azure cloud platform to transform millions of raw retail transactions to actionable insights. It doesn’t take a computer scientist to drive the solution and results are delivered in minutes.
This has massive benefits for retailers who traditionally spend significant sums of money on their loyalty programmes, but struggle to obtain insight from the data generated.
“The business case for a loyalty program is never ‘let’s give all our customers free money’,” Fuyala says. “It is always about superior customer insight and 11Ants Retail Insights Cloud represents the first time this insight has been made available cost-effectively to mid-tier retailers.”
The barrier to retailers advancing their analytics capabilities has always been a combination of cost and deployment risk. With 11Ants Retail Insights Cloud these issues disappear.
“The retailer pays a manageable annual fee and the solution comes to life within four hours of the data being uploaded – something which amazes people every time they witness it,” Fuyala says.
ShiSh Shridhar Microsoft’s Director of Data Insights, Retail Industry, says: “11Ants’ release is excellent news for the Spanish speaking market - this will be transformational for many mid-tier Latin American retailers.”
The Spanish language release coincides with the appointment of the company’s first Latin American resellers, Deep Insight Ecuador.
Hernán Viscarra Andrade, Deep Insight Ecuador’s GM, says: “We’re excited to be able to represent 11Ants unique and amazing solution in Latin America. The benefits we see it can bring retailers in the region are large indeed.”
11Ants Retail Insights Cloud won Microsoft New Zealand’s Innovative Software Product of 2016. In New Zealand, it has been deployed by a host of retailers, including a major oil company and a supermarket chain.
Fuyala says by creating a Spanish solution it opens another huge market in the world and is a milestone toward the company’s vision of assisting retailers in every market in the world.
“We’re not going to have a siesta, that’s for sure,” he laughs.
