Concordia’s Pathways 2 Recovery model leverages predictive data analytics and best practices to identify at-risk patients and advance individual recovery.

By combining clinical and behavioral health components, including biopsychosocial evaluation, coordination of care, and evidence-based treatment approaches, Concordia delivers integrated, quality care that focuses on best individual outcomes.

WHAT: With today’s announcement, more funds are likely to become available to assist nationwide efforts in providing greater access to opioid intervention and treatment services, including telemedicine capabilities. White House officials have said that they are working with Congress to find additional funding for the opioid crisis – which experts at the CDC and NIH say will cost tens of billions of dollars to properly address – but no exact figures are yet available.
