PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Two members of the Citizens Financial Group, Inc., board of directors have been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors’ (NACD) 2017 Directorship 100 list. Art Ryan, former chairman, chief executive officer and president of Prudential Financial, Inc., and Wendy Watson, former executive vice president, Global Services, State Street Bank & Trust Company, have been named to the prestigious list, which annually recognizes the most influential corporate directors, corporate-governance experts, policymakers, and influencers who significantly impact boardroom practices and performance.
