Phillips Edison & Company Announces Southeast Regional Vice President Role

CINCINNATI--()--Phillips Edison & Company (“Phillips Edison”) announced today that Jim Farmer has been named Regional Vice President of Leasing in the Southeast.

“I am excited for Jim to take on this role,” said Ron Meyers, Senior Vice President of Leasing. “Jim is an outstanding leader and his retailer relationships and proven track record will be a tremendous asset to our Southeast region.”

Mr. Farmer initially joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2002 and served as Regional Vice President of Leasing - Midwest from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Farmer received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati. He is an active member of the commercial real estate community and is involved with a variety of community projects.
