Making the list for the fourth consecutive year, Allianz Life was recognized for its leadership in creating progressive programs for employees in the areas of flexibility, advancement of women, childcare and paid parental leave. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and is a volunteer for local organizations including Junior Achievement, which teaches financial literacy.
