RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--XchangeLabs, a healthcare software development company that builds secure cloud-based solutions and services for consultant pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, today announced the appointment of Joel Becker as chief executive officer.
Becker brings to the company more than twenty-five years of healthcare leadership experience with early stage and industry leading companies in the pharmaceutical and medical technology fields. Prior to joining XchangeLabs, he worked with St. Jude Medical, Inc. in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as the President of the America’s Division, a multibillion-dollar business with market leading technology franchises specializing in electrophysiology, cardiology and neuromodulation. He also served as a founding member of the management team for its Atrial Fibrillation Division, a business that grew to several hundred million dollars and a leading market position during his tenure. Becker also founded Viking North Ventures, a consulting, advisory and investment company specializing in medical technology and healthcare services.

Additionally, the Company will be launching The Clinical Care Group, a membership-driven clinical services platform developed to enable integrated and enhanced long-term patient care data management.
