Amy Yoder Joins Arcadia Biosciences Board Of Directors

DAVIS, Calif.--()--Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: RKDA), an agricultural technology company that creates value for farmers while benefitting the environment and enhancing human health, announced today that Amy Yoder has joined its board of directors.

Yoder is president and CEO of Anuvia Plant Nutrients, a company that creates enhanced plant nutrition products from recycled organic waste sources. She is the former president and CEO of Arysta Life Science and has held a variety of senior sales, marketing and executive positions with companies throughout the agricultural and related industries, including Spectrum Brands, BioLab and United Agri Products. Yoder received a bachelor’s degree in agricultural technology and systems management from Michigan State University, with an emphasis in crop and soil science.

Yoder has served on boards of various agricultural associations and universities and was recognized as Atlanta’s “Business Woman to Watch” in 2007. She currently serves as a director for Compass Minerals International and Vive Crop Protection.
