Bisco Industries Achieves 1,283% ROI for enterprise application integration with Act-On

A manufacturer and distributor of electronics components, hardware and fasteners, Bisco Industries works with a broad customer-base including the aerospace, communications, computer, fabrication, industrial equipment, instrumentation, marine and military industries. The company was seeking to reduce reliance on a number of unintegrated point solutions for enterprise resource planning (ERP), e-commerce and customer relationship management (CRM) with a platform that can leverage data integration capabilities operating more congruently with marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.

“Bisco Industries was able to use its own internal team of developers to implement the new Act-On solution due to the highly usable application program interface (API) that integrated quickly into the company’s own infrastructure. This usability also translated to marketing tools, requiring minimal training for teams that were able to hit the ground running with the new interface,” said Moira Smalley, analyst at Nucleus Research.
