The City of Cedar Hill Puts Self-Service Water Management in Customers’ Hands

Customers can now register, manage account information, pay bills and report problems from any device, anywhere, through the City’s utility portal. Leveraging a new cloud-based back-office solution serving near real-time data, customers are able to better understand their billing information & water usage, enabling active decisions to control their water costs and consumption.
