SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Computer Education Management Association (CEdMA), a professional networking organization for training executives, managers, and professionals in technology companies, today announced that Ellucian Global Education Services is the recipient of the 2017 CEdMA Impact Award for their impact in driving customer adoption and value.
The CEdMA Impact Award seeks to recognize a CEdMA member company that shows a demonstrable impact from their training program to their company results. The Ellucian Global Education Services team has been recognized for launching the Ellucian Rapid Deployment Methodology, which simplifies the implementation experience and packages education with professional services. In addition, the team designed a learning strategy and implemented an internal training program to fully change behaviors regarding deployment across the board.
The Ellucian Global Education Services team’s goal was to reduce time to value, decrease cost, and improve the Ellucian customer experience. The metrics speak for themselves – 60 percent faster customer implementations, a significant increase in their Net Promoter Score (from 19 percent to 28 percent promoters), and a 50 percent reduction in cost of ownership for their customers. An unexpected benefit of the project was a reinvigorated Global Education Services team, with a new purpose: student success. This new focus spawned the creation of noteworthy initiatives including evolved instructional design strategies, global expansion, and credentialing programs.
