BNY Mellon Wealth Management Names Brian O’Neil as New Wealth Director in Denver, CO

Financial services veteran joins the firm’s expanding Denver office

DENVER--()--BNY Mellon Wealth Management has tapped Brian O’Neil, MBA and CFP, as wealth director in the firm’s Denver, Colorado office. Reporting to regional president James Barnyak, O’Neil is responsible for driving business development efforts around mergers and acquisitions and business succession planning.

O’Neil is a seasoned advisor with more than 20 years’ experience in financial services and wealth management catering to high net worth clients. He brings expertise and experience working in succession planning, business ownership and mergers and acquisitions, all core areas of growth in the Denver market.

O’Neil earned his Bachelor of Science from SUNY Brockport and Master of Business Administration from Regis University in Denver. Among other organizations, Brian is involved with the Junior Achievement program, which facilitates classroom training on fundamental financial principals for both elementary and high school age students.
