LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Gary Starzmann has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner. He will be a member of the global leadership team for both Korn Ferry Hay Group and the Rewards and Benefits practice. In this role, he will focus on commercial management, enhancing solutions leverage and the integration of products and firm wide offerings.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Starzmann was Founder and President of HumInt LLC, a compensation advisory services firm. Throughout his career, he has served as a board, executive and broad-based compensation expert. Before launching his own firm, Mr. Strazmann served as Senior Vice President and Partner with Aon Hewitt. Preceding his business career, he was an officer in the U.S. Army, serving in command and leadership roles in aviation, air cavalry and Special Forces units across the globe.

Mr. Starzmann earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business. He holds designations as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is an internationally cited author and speaker on a broad array of Human Resources topics.
