“With a complex and broad ecosystem, healthcare leaders and influencers--just like the system itself--exist and collaborate largely in silos,” said Jonathan Weiner, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HLTH. “Until the introduction of HLTH, there has not been a single venue that enables leaders from across the ecosystem to come together to discuss and enable a dramatically different future, including material improvements in outcomes and meaningful reductions in costs. We’re building HLTH to quickly become a critical part of the healthcare industry that can facilitate real change and innovation, just as we’ve done over the past few years for fintech and commerce.”

HLTH’s preliminary agenda addresses the full range of trends impacting and redefining healthcare including:

  • Non industry companies entering healthcare
  • Innovations revolutionizing healthcare
  • Shifting roles, strategies and business models
  • Transformation of employer benefits
  • Personalizing healthcare
  • Addressing the aging U.S. population
  • Genomics
  • Paying for value
  • Behavioral health
  • Innovations in pharma
  • The promise of data to deliver
  • Administrative modernization
  • Transformative technology
  • Trumpcare
  • A worldview of healthcare

“Creating the ability for leaders from across the industry to come together and discuss healthcare’s current and future states is vital to driving much-needed change,” Weiner said. “There are so many interdependencies in healthcare that require leaders to be on the same page, and getting them in the same room is the first step. We look forward to providing the mechanism for attendees to be introduced to others who can break from the status quo and collectively improve the future of healthcare.”
