MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AC Lordi, a boutique accounting and management consulting firm, announced today the addition of three new directors to its executive team with the hiring of Jennifer McCloskey as Director in Risk & Compliance and Steve Lynch as Director in Business Advisory, along with the promotion of Tracy Scott Sesko to Director in Business Advisory.

Jennifer McCloskey is an internal audit leader with 20 years of experience. While managing various internal audit functions, Jennifer has assessed business risks and related mitigating actions, performed operational audits, identified opportunities for process efficiencies, tested the effectiveness of business process and information technology general computer controls, and conducted fraud investigations. Jennifer will have responsibility for internal audit, as well as internal control assessment engagements. Prior to joining AC Lordi, she served as Director of Internal Audit for Charming Shoppes and UGI Corporation.
Steve Lynch has worked with the firm the past several years as a project consultant. As a full-time team member, he now assumes a larger role in Business Advisory leading the financial planning & analysis work across multiple clients. He is also responsible for client engagements in both the M&A space as well as finance operational transformation. His background includes 25 years in various finance, analysis, and reporting roles, including serving as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Willis Towers Watson.
Tracy Scott Sesko joined AC Lordi last year in its Business Advisory practice. In her new director role, she will be responsible for leading operational transformation initiatives at clients in a variety of areas in both finance and information technology. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare industry and is a subject matter expert in procurement and indirect taxes. Prior to joining AC Lordi, she spent over a decade at Cigna where she held numerous finance, IT, and operational roles.
