Espial Receives Advance Notice of Nominees

("Espial" or the "Company"), (TSX:ESP), today announced that, pursuant to its advance notice policy, it has received notice from Vantage Asset Management Inc., a shareholder of the Company, of four director nominees who may be put forward for election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting"). The formal notification includes nominees Ms. Karen Basian, Mr. Ronan McGrath, Mr. Christopher Mercer and Mr. Donald Wright.
