(“Ecoark”) (OTCQX: EARK), a diversified holding company, today announced that they have filed a Form 10-QT with the SEC in preparation for uplisting to the NASDAQ Capital Market and furthering, as previously reported in a February 2017 release, the approval by the Board of Directors of the change in the Company’s fiscal year end from December 31 to March 31. The change resulted in a stub transition period from January 1, 2017 to March 31, 2017.
