(OTC: LBUY) announced today the effectiveness of the 9.25 for 1 forward split of its common stock is upon the open of trading May 5th, 2017 and the stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis. As a result of the split, the Company will have approximately 38,000,000 shares issued and outstanding.
