JDog Junk Removal & Hauling Eyes Cincinnati for Franchise Growth

U.S. Military Brand Seeks Franchise Owners to ‘Clean Up’ in Market

CINCINNATI--()--JDog Junk Removal & Hauling (JDog), a national franchise organization dedicated to providing business ownership opportunities to veterans and relatives of veterans, announced plans to expand its brand footprint in the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The brand is actively seeking franchise owners to open up to four new locations, which will create more than 20 jobs for area veterans.

Development in Cincinnati and the greater metropolitan region is a key strategy in the brand’s overall growth plan as it works toward its goal to open 75 new franchises by the end of 2017. The Cincinnati market is primed for development due to its strong military presence. There is currently one JDog location in Brunswick, OH. Other areas targeted for development include Dayton and Toledo. Last year, the franchise debuted the brand in 20 new states, including Oklahoma, New York, Virginia, Colorado, Nevada and Georgia.

“The JDog franchise system is a tightly-knit community of entrepreneurs who joined our brand because they see how passionate we are about providing business ownership and employment opportunities to veterans,” said Jerry Flanagan, CEO and founder of JDog. “We are searching for veterans, family members of veterans, and investors in the Cincinnati area who are looking to provide the same level of service to their community while putting veterans to work.”

JDog was founded with the goal of increasing veteran employment and is currently seeking franchise partners and investors to help fulfill their duty of supporting America’s veterans in communities across the nation. At JDog, military values guide all operations: Respect, Integrity and Trust. The franchise opportunity offers a low barrier to entry, high profit margins, and simple-to-operate model with significant support from a team of veterans and experienced business executives.

JDog franchisees operate easily recognizable, camouflage vehicles and trailers, and recycles or repurposes a substantial amount of the collected material. The Philadelphia-based company works closely with local and national organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and local schools, churches and hospitals to donate useful items to those in need.

In addition to offering business ownership opportunities to veterans, JDog has established an important partnership with the VA’s therapeutic Veterans’ employment program, Compensated Work Therapy (CWT), to provide additional work opportunities for veterans. The brand was also selected as a Veteran-Owned Small Business by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
