PJT Partners Joins CariClub, a Philanthropy-focused Professional Network

PJT Partners enlists CariClub to match its young professionals with leadership positions on nonprofit associate boards

NEW YORK--()--CariClub.com, the first platform designed to engage young professionals in philanthropy through nonprofit associate board positions, is proud to announce that it has partnered with PJT Partners (“PJT”), a global advisory-focused investment bank. PJT Partners wants to give the company’s young professionals access to this innovative technology platform and hopes it will aid in the development of the future leaders at the firm. Many of PJT’s executives are already actively involved with charities and the management team is excited to provide this opportunity to employees.

CariClub harnesses the inspirational ambitions of millennials to derive value from their careers outside of a paycheck by helping them give back to the local community. Through CariClub’s technology, they have built a network of talented professionals working together to tackle some of society’s toughest problems.

“We are thrilled to provide our employees with access to CariClub’s innovative platform,” said Paige Costigan, Chief Operating Officer of PJT. “Through volunteerism and associate board service, our young professionals will have the opportunity to transform their interests and passions into tangible benefits to positively impact the local community. This partnership complements the culture of giving we have at PJT.”

"We are proud to add PJT to the list of founding firms at the forefront of providing this truly unique opportunity to their young employees,” said Rhoden Monrose, CEO of CariClub. “We are confident that they will have a tremendous impact in the New York and surrounding communities.”

By way of this partnership, PJT joins a growing list of innovative employers engaging and developing their young professionals via philanthropy. Since launching in 2015, CariClub has partnered with firms such as Davis Polk, KKR, TPG Global, and Third Point as well as hundreds of nonprofit organizations. CariClub recently closed a seed round of venture funding to fuel its growth.
