Fenway Sports Management Expands Consulting Practice

Leading Sports Marketing Agency Announces New Hires and Promotions to Support Enhanced Service Offerings and Business Growth

BOSTON--()--Fenway Sports Management (FSM), a global sports marketing firm that specializes in partnership sales, consulting, and the creation of unique and memorable events and experiences, today announced two promotions and two new hires to support the agency’s growing consulting practice and enhanced digital activation services.

FSM’s Consulting & Events team helps leading brands, including Dunkin’ Donuts, JetBlue and Santander Bank, leverage consumer passion for sports to capture mind and market share, creating strategies and executing campaigns that engage audiences, earn attention and deliver tangible business results.

Kate Hogan and Shelby Aubin were promoted to director and coordinator of Consulting & Events, and Mathew Bernstein and Courtney Reilly joined the agency as manager of Digital Strategy and Partnership Development and manager of Consulting & Events, respectively.

Hogan, who previously served as senior manager of Consulting & Events, is responsible for leading a team of consulting specialists to advise FSM’s elite roster of clients, including Dunkin Donuts and Santander Bank, and reports directly to FSM Vice President BriAnne Newman. Aubin was promoted from an associate role, and will assist in the planning and execution of multiple marquee client events.

With digital trends playing an increasingly important role in an already complex sports marketing landscape, brands are faced with ever growing challenges in how to effectively and efficiently reach and engage audiences. To help clients navigate this complex universe, FSM has broadened its range of consulting services to include digital activation, content creation and development, and assistance in telling brand stories.

Bernstein has been hired as manager of Digital Strategy and Partnership Development, where he is responsible for creating innovative digital sponsorship platforms and marketing strategies for FSM clientele. He previously served as digital strategy manager for branding agency Breakaway. Reilly joins FSM as manager of Consulting & Events and brings more than ten years of sports marketing experience to her role, having previously managed Nestle Pizza brands partnerships with the NFL at Wunderman, and worked on GroupM’s entertainment & sports partnerships team. Bernstein reports to Ben Percia, vice president of Platform Development, and Reilly reports to Hogan.

“Cultivating superior talent at every level of the organization is critical to our mission to provide clients with insights and effective strategies that maximize their investment in sports,” said Fenway Sports Management Managing Director Mark Lev. “This group of talented individuals will strengthen our ability to help clients navigate this increasingly complex landscape with respect to digital activation and content creation in the sports industry.”
