STOCKTON, Calif.--()--Therapeutic Research Center (TRC), a leading provider of digital medication learning solutions, announced today the release of a platform-wide redesign for its medication advisory products, delivered online to its subscribers. The new user experience is generally available as of April 12, 2017.

TRC produces and publishes evidence-based content on new and emerging pharmacological trends in a searchable format; provides unbiased medication therapy recommendations and education tools; and offers Continuing Education (CE) and Continuing Medical Education (CME). The site enhancements are available for TRC’s digital letter products in its Medication Advisory Suite including Pharmacist’s Letter, Pharmacy Technician’s Letter, and Prescriber’s Letter offerings; U.S. and Canadian editions, as well as the enterprise editions for hospitals and provider organizations. TRC’s newly released enterprise product, Nurse’s Letter, is also available on the new site experience.

“I really like the new website! It’s easy to navigate through the content on the new site and it’s even easier to read,” said Jessica Dekan, FNP, Family Nurse Practitioner, Prescriber’s Letter subscriber. “I love getting my pharmacology CME credits through Prescriber’s Letter too.”

The new site experience features the same concise and trusted medication advisory guidelines and clinical content relied on by over 85 percent of pharmacists in the U.S. Now, it also provides a mobile friendly, enhanced interface that is even more intuitive, responsive, and easy to use.

Highlights of the new site design include:

  • Modern, responsive interface to enhance readability and browsing performance
  • Simplified navigation and social sharing tools to explore the latest recommendations and easily share relevant findings with your peers
  • Updated search functions to find what you need, fast
  • Mobile optimization for use on your phone and tablet

“The latest advancements to the site experience make TRC’s new insights, advice and unbiased recommendations more accessible than ever. Our investment in these ease-of-use and performance enhancements is key to delivering on our mission to provide medication learning that empowers and informs clinicians, enabling them to positively impact quality of care,” said Wes Crews, Chief Executive Officer.

Medication learning solutions have become increasingly important to achieving positive patient outcomes. TRC created its clinician-specific Medication Advisory products to provide tailored medication learning and continuing education in an easy-to-access format that best highlights the most relevant and timely information for various practices and clinical users. The new streamlined and modern site experience allows easy access to the full collection of medication advisory products, while keeping a consistent look and feel, to minimize user training and promote shared learning opportunities.

“The only thing in healthcare that’s predictable is change. Those changes come faster than ever now. I need a cutting-edge source with concise and unbiased information that alerts me to what’s out there, and what’s coming. Prescriber’s Letter has always been that resource, and goes one step further, to offer advice on whether it’s worth it to my patients to change their regimens,” said Anthony A. Donato Jr., MD, MHPE, Associate Program Director of Internal Medicine, Reading Health System. “I understand I can't read everything, so I chose what is the highest yield. Prescriber’s Letter is always worth my time.”
