FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Freedom Bank of Virginia (Bank) (OTCQX: FDVA) announced the promotion of Vishal Gandhi to Senior Vice President and Team Leader for the Government Contractor Division. Mr. Gandhi joined the Bank in September 2012 as Vice President and has been working with the GovCon group since joining Freedom Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Vishal had been with First Citizens Bank as a Business Banker focused on medical professionals and small businesses, including government contractors. Mr. Gandhi graduated from The George Washington University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business.
Darren Tully, VP and Relationship Manager will support the GovCon Division. Mr. Tully has been working with local businesses, including government contractors, since joining Freedom Bank from Cardinal Bank in 2015. Mr. Tully graduated from The University of Virginia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
