Ms. Zlotnik was the Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board of StarTex Power from 2004 to 2011 until its sale to Constellation Energy. She was also Co-Founder, President and Principal Accounting Officer for Gexa Energy from 2000 to 2003. Ms. Zlotnik, both a highly successful entrepreneur and a community leader, has been named one of Houston’s “Most Influential Women” by Houston Woman Magazine and honored as “Business Woman of the Year” by Texas Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
