The Professional Search team welcomes Bob Pirock and Rachel Rhoads, and the Interim Resources group welcomes Nicole Frezza.
The addition of Bob, Rachel and Nicole positions SolomonEdwards to focus more resources on the continued growth of the firm in the Greater Philadelphia region. As a Senior Search Consultant, Bob is responsible for connecting superior accounting and finance talent to the most interesting and rewarding permanent opportunities. He joins SolomonEdwards having a mix of prior sales experience from a call center environment and then having spent two years with a local CPA firm as an accountant. As a recruiter, Rachel is responsible for the direct-hire and permanent placement of accounting and finance professionals. She joined from Kleen-Rite Corp. where she worked in the accounts receivable department. As a recruiter for interim accounting and finance professionals, Nicole acquired her human resources experience while at Big Brother Big Sister Foundation and Manpower.
Bob received his BS in Business Management and Accounting from Alvernia University. Rachel earned her BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Bloomsburg University. Nicole earned her BA in Sociology from Moravian College.
