ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Convoke, a leader in SaaS solutions for the debt collection market, today announced the expansion of its headquarters in the city of Arlington, VA. The company will lease additional space in its existing building, thereby providing more space for new employees to support further development of its product line and to service its growing customer base.
“In 2011, Convoke moved its headquarters to Arlington, which is rich with talent and has a rising tech scene. We are excited to remain a part of the local business environment, and to be a contributor to the expanding technology sector here,” said David Pauken, CEO at Convoke. “The innovation within our community is thriving and we look forward to contributing to it through our mission and vision.”
Convoke’s office space at 4250 North Fairfax Drive is currently 5,500 square feet. The new space will add 3,300 square feet, or 60 percent more space, which will accommodate the company’s increasing headcount. The additional space will allow Convoke to nearly double its 31 employees to enhance technical, sales and customer support capabilities.
The upcoming expansion will also help Convoke manage its expanding data centers in Virginia and Illinois, which are at the epicenter of its platform. These proprietary data center technologies enable the company to bring on new credit issuers as customers and allow for the enhancement of sought after product offerings.
