LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SteelHouse, a high-performance advertising software company, has added two industry veterans to its executive team: its first Chief Technology Officer, Boris Bronshteyn, and adtech industry veteran David U. Simon as Chief Marketing Officer. As part of the expansion, Chris Innes has been elevated to the company’s first COO role, responsible for execution of the company’s vision and strategic priorities.
The appointments follow the recent addition of Google vet Natalie Serota as VP, Head of Business Development.

Boris Bronshteyn, CTO
As SteelHouse’s first CTO, Bronshteyn will lead the company’s technical strategy and assume responsibility for driving product innovation in partnership with Chief Product Officer Marwan Soghaier. He brings a wealth of leadership experience across tech and product innovation, most recently having served as VP of Technology at Target Media Partners, a digital ad agency specializing in the automotive space, for the past five years. Previously, Bronshteyn was Director of Software Development for PSI Services. A member of Pasadena Angels and an advisor for the LA CTO Forum, he holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, with a minor in mathematics, from California State University-Northridge.
Chris Innes, COO
Innes joined an early-stage SteelHouse more than six years ago as VP of Customer Success. Over the course of his tenure, he has led customer service functions including SteelHouse’s international expansion. Most recently, Innes was Chief Monetization Officer, managing all revenue generation for SteelHouse. As COO, Innes will be responsible for all process and systems across the company in addition to assuming a broad, top-level management function.
David U. Simon, CMO
Simon is a seasoned marketer with over 20 years of experience building growth-oriented teams for a number of companies with successful exits. He will assume responsibility for all product and brand marketing functions at SteelHouse. Most recently, he was Chief Marketing Officer for SocialFlow, a social distribution and monetization platform for top media brands and publishers including Associated Press, BBC and Gawker. His previous roles have included CMO at rich media pioneer Point Roll, and other senior leadership roles at companies including Yahoo!, Rovion and Yoyodyne.
