$1 Billion Mixed-Use Development Coming to Farmers Branch

FARMERS BRANCH, Texas--()--Centurion American Development Group and the City of Farmers Branch announce their partnership in the development of an exciting mixed-use development that stretches across one of the most desirable locations in the Dallas Metroplex.

Mercer Crossing will comprise two main areas, 93 acres of urban commerce and 174 acres of residential single-family homes; built by six premier builders, M/I Homes, First Texas Homes, Beazer Homes, Megatel Homes, Oakdale Homes, and Siena Homes. The urban commerce district will include retail/ shopping centers, mixed-use buildings, corporate office spaces, single-story commercial sites, and multifamily residential. The residential area will include both single-family detached and attached homes across six distinct neighborhoods: Amesbury, Ashington, Brighton, Coventry, Verwood, and Windermere.

“Mercer Crossing is the culmination of more than two years of planning with the City of Farmers Branch that takes on a specific theme called Texas Tudor, inspired by English Tudor architecture that also weaves in contemporary Texas style elements,” said Mehrdad Moayedi, Centurion American President and CEO.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the mixed-use development, Mercer Crossing, will be held tomorrow, March 21st, 2017, from 9:30 – 11:30 AM at the corner of Luna Road and Whittington Lane in Farmers Branch, Texas.
