The pair was recognized for their achievements at the Company’s Annual Meeting recently held in Nashville, Tennessee.

According to Eric Richter, Senior Vice President of Property Management, Ms. Davidson is responsible for overseeing more than 1.9 million square feet of prime retail space and manages more than 375 tenant relationships. “Nikki oversees one of the largest portfolios within our property management team. Based in Colorado, she oversees 19 centers throughout Colorado, New Mexico and Utah and stays heavily involved in the communities in which her properties are located.” Mr. Richter added that “In 2016, Nikki successfully developed several relationships that proved extremely beneficial for multiple CAM and capital projects, and created ancillary income opportunities at her centers. This is Nikki’s second year as Top Property Manager of Phillips Edison and she continues to set the standard for our property management team.”
