Justin Morgan will serve as Managing Director of Plan Administration and Service, overseeing all aspects of plan administration and recordkeeping operations, as well as providing leadership and strategic direction for the defined contribution line of business.
The new unit was created to advance the client experience through technology-driven enhancements and comprehensive administration services via qualified plan expertise and a values-driven culture.
Morgan’s responsibilities include working with managers at Unified Trust Company to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of plan operation workflows, maintaining the high quality work that has built the firm’s reputation in the industry. With a focus on high-touch service and participant outcomes, Morgan and his team will ensure first-rate client experiences.
