Jeff Csuy Joins Jo-Ann as Senior Vice President, Merchandising, Fabric and Sewing

HUDSON, Ohio--()--Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, the leading fabric and craft specialty retailer, has appointed Jeff Csuy to senior vice president, general merchandise manager, fabric and sewing. In this role, Csuy will report to Sharyn Hejcl, executive vice president, chief merchandising officer, Jo-Ann Stores.

“Jeff brings a depth of experience in merchandising, product development and business leadership and has a proven track record of delivering results,” said Hejcl. “Jeff will lead the fabric and sewing team to drive innovation while putting the customer first in all decisions. I am thrilled to welcome Jeff to our leadership team.”

Most recently, Csuy was senior vice president, merchandising and product development at Gander Mountain, where he led the apparel, footwear and product development teams. Previously, Csuy was senior vice president, chief merchandising officer at Shopko Stores, where he led apparel, home and consumables businesses, attaining this role after holding multiple roles of increasing responsibility in merchandising. Csuy has also held roles with Stage Stores, Carson Pirie Scott and Famous-Barr — a division of May Department Stores.

Csuy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
