CSI Launches Business-Oriented Mobile Banking Application

New app expands CSI’s digital banking solutions to meet needs of commercial accounts

PADUCAH, Ky.--()--In order to meet the growing demand for mobile banking services for banks’ business accounts, Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), a provider of end-to-end financial technology solutions, launched a new mobile business banking application as part of the company’s suite of digital banking solutions.

The mobile business banking app provides a more robust technology platform for business owners to easily manage essential financial tasks on their mobile devices. In addition to such standard mobile functions as remote deposit capture, money transfers and account balances, the new app offers a simple dashboard interface for businesses to manage ACH transactions, wires and tax payments pending approval. The app also enables business customers to click further into Positive Pay exceptions to more easily review possible check discrepancies against their records. And to ensure the highest levels of security, it leverages both advanced login controls like out-of-band authentication and fraud anomaly detection as it evaluates all customer interactions across banking channels.

“Today’s small-business owners are always on the go and need simplified, secure access to their business finances,” said Steve Powless, chief executive officer of CSI. “Through our enhanced business banking solutions, banks can provide these accounts with quick mobile access to vital information and tools to manage their commercial banking needs wherever their business takes them.”

The mobile business banking app is built on the same technology platform running all of CSI’s digital banking suite of products, allowing banks to have consistent workflows, user interfaces and features across mobile, desktop and tablet applications. This also enables banks to utilize a single admin portal to manage all digital banking solutions in one place. CSI’s digital banking solutions also are directly integrated into CSI’s core banking systems, ensuring that data is updated immediately and accurately across all banking channels.

“In today’s business environment, commercial accounts require access to the same mobile-ready applications as consumer accounts, and banks that can deliver that experience to small-business owners gain a competitive advantage,” Powless said. “Our integrated digital banking tools empower our customers to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience to their business accounts, in whichever channel they choose to interact with the bank.”

CSI is hosting a free introduction webinar for its new mobile business banking app on Wednesday, March 8, at 2:00 p.m. CT. Those interested in learning more about the new app may register here: http://go.csiweb.com/webinar/businessbankingapp.
